Farewell George

In all the years I have known you, (and there have been a few!) you have always taken a keen interest in everything that St. Nics has done.  You have taken part in many productions, most notably as Danny in 'Brassed Off'.  We all always knew that whenever you took a part, large or small, you would absolutely steal the show.  We waited for it, the audience loved it and we revelled in it when it happened.

When you became our President, nearly 10 years ago, you became the rock and cornerstone of St Nics.  It was very easy being Chairman with that support behind me.

Farewell George.

Thank you for your kindness, support, integrity, wisdom and your wicked sense of humour.  We shall all miss you - I shall miss you - immensely.

With much love.
